When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, destination market, the product category you are interested in, quantity, destination port and your message. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: preparing and sending you a quotation. We may also email you about the specific enquiry you sent. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone except the factories needed to prepare your quote.
Legal basis
Processing your enquiry is necessary in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where you have asked to receive further information, we rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to earlier quotations. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not display third-party adverts on this site.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us processing it. To do any of these, email the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
