Questions buyers ask first
Do buyers pay anything for your service?
No. Our commission is paid by the factory, and we disclose that to every buyer upfront. You get factory-direct pricing plus a local partner in Hebei. There is no hidden markup added on top of the factory price without your knowledge.
How do you choose which factory to work with?
We match by county, not by directory. Hebei has more than 20 specialized industrial clusters — Anping for wire mesh, Yongnian for fasteners, Mengcun for pipe fittings, and so on. For each enquiry we shortlist two or three factories in the right cluster, collect real quotes, and show you the differences before you decide.
Can I inspect the factory before placing an order?
Yes. We arrange live video factory tours over WhatsApp or WeChat so you can see the workshop, equipment and stock. For first orders we also recommend a third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek) before shipment, and we coordinate the booking.
What is the typical minimum order quantity?
It depends on the category. Standard fasteners and wire mesh often start around one tonne or one pallet. Custom furniture and machined parts usually have higher minimums. Tell us your target quantity and we will tell you honestly whether a factory will accept it.
What payment terms do the factories accept?
Most factories work with T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) and accept L/C at sight for larger orders. We can also help you use trade assurance or escrow services so your deposit is protected until the goods pass inspection.
How quickly do you reply to enquiries?
Within 36 hours, in your language. Because we serve the UAE, Russia and Brazil, time zones differ by up to 11 hours — if you write outside our working hours you get an automatic acknowledgement straight away, then a full reply from a real person.
